patch to fix the catalog files
Does anyone have any intention of doing something about this? Or should I close the bug report? I'm not sure the diffs I sent do even still apply to the current versions. :-( Peter, I'm not sure why this bug hasn't been looked at. I hope to look at it in the next week. Sorry for the delay. That would be great. I have just updated the DTDs via Portage, and the package actually overwrote my configuration (with a broken one). Shouldn't changes in /etc/sgml be subject of config file protection? Is there any chance that something will happen with those patches? It's been almost a YEAR, you know? Sorry for the delay.... I modified them to use sgml-catalog.eclass, so it should be fixed now. I don't know whether we should keep docbook-xml-simple-dtd-4.1.2.4 (it's not the latest, and it is assumed as newer than 1.0), but that is another thing we should discuss. |
