It does not obey even CFLAGS but given its buildsystem it is almost CANTFIX than anything else.

Patch for teeworlds-0.6.1.ebuild

Hi,

I managed to get it to work properly for teeworlds-0.6.1.

This patch achieves the following:
- Respect LDFLAGS, CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS
- Respect CC/CXX
- Use parallel jobs
- Terminate on Ctrl-C
