Patch to make install work again
This was fixed on 29 Oct 2009: http://repo.or.cz/w/gromacs.git/commit/c93db8511af09c144fe4b2b8f57b14a5ad1e6cc7 However, better use gromacs-4.0.7, which is stable now and should lead to same results.
