Unfortunately I tried to build a test from scratch, filling a large area with random numbers and copying it to another empty book and could not verify the cpu problem. Only the display one. *** Bug 319555 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Probably an upstream issue. I cant reproduce this. Oook... now I know how this is related to me. My problem resolves after I remove the copy paste notification in the notification area. is this still valid with kde 4.5.4? (In reply to comment #5) > is this still valid with kde 4.5.4? > I am still using kde 4.4.5. The problem with klipper seems fixed. The last symptom I experienced was with gnumeric crashing if I do not wait a few seconds between the copy an the paste. This seems also to have been fixed with last gnumeric version. I am not sure here however. I tend to wait after the copy when I am doing serious work. If you disagree, please reopen or make a new bug. |
