This bug is used to track failures of the PPC64 toolchain, like -minimal-toc, linking problems, and gcc segfaults.

dont close this bug.  I am in the process of hanging a bunch of failures in this bug so I can get them addressed.

kstars also fails with minimal-toc errors, this is more of a note for me to remember it than a real bug report :p

Appears to fix this problem, I'll look into backporting these to binutils-2.19 and 2.20.
