I just saw that qvortaro is flagged for removal. Since I use it on an almost weekly base, I'll look into the bugs. Also there's a new version (0.4) available upstream. http://qvortaro.berlios.de/ I get build errors with qt 4.5 and version 0.4, though - very likely similar to those which scribus had: http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=7768 Created attachment 216186 [details]
qvortaro-0.4.ebuild
Not yet working (build failure), very preliminary version of the ebuild - adapted from the 0.3.1 one.
PS: I just reported the 0.4 build failure upstream. Sorry but there is no maintainer for this package and it doesn't build with the latest stable Qt version on portage. Unless someone takes care of this package, we have to remove it The developer says he's already got a fix for qt 4.6 - he told me he'd only get to doing a bugfix release this weekend. Can it stay in portage when I get it working with the current qt (or rather get the fixed version from upstream to build)? That way users wouldn't suddenly lose their program and the move away from qt3 wouldn't be hindered anymore. If they manage to get a release out in that time scale, I'll happily add a new version to tree and revert this process. Please keep us informed, thanks Removed. Let us know if there's a Qt4 (0.4.1?) release out. The new release is out - I'll attach the ebuild. I still have some work todo with the ebuild, though. Created attachment 217461 [details]
qvortaro-0.4.1.ebuild
Installs the binary, but doesn't yet get the dictionaries and doesn't install the icons.
Restored 0.4.1 to Portage, thanks and sorry for removing it so hastily. +*qvortaro-0.4.1 (27 Jan 2010) + + 27 Jan 2010; Samuli Suominen <ssuominen@gentoo.org> + +qvortaro-0.4.1.ebuild: + Initial commit wrt #299083 (committing for maintainer-needed and restoring + removed ebuild). |
