Was already in portage once: http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/gentoo-x86/net-misc/d4x/?hideattic=0 IIRC it got removed becasue it failed to build with gcc-4.4 and upstream was dead. Doesn't compile, about.cc:211: error: ‘GtkSignalFunc’ was not declared in this scope about.cc:211: error: expected ‘)’ before ‘destroy_about_window’ about.cc:213: error: expected ‘)’ before ‘about_window_esc_handler’ about.cc:214: error: expected ‘)’ before ‘;’ token about.cc:215: error: expected ‘)’ before ‘destroy_about_window’ about.cc:216: error: expected ‘)’ before ‘;’ token Doesn't look like any improvement over to what was removed from Portage. Yeah, I got the same issue after downloading 2.5.7.2 sources which was released on November 2009 and sorta got the same issue. The project is active I think, it's time someone notifies the developer about this. As a result this bug should be closed |
