That's strange. I don't see any significant difference in their .desktop files. I wonder what else could cause this. And which applications menu exactly are we talking about? Gnome panel -> Applications -> Sound & Video. Running the command "update-desktop-database" shows that there are two lines in the .desktop file that cause the described problem. So I changed "Exec[$e]=avidemux2_gtk" to "Exec=avidemux2_gtk" and removed "Path[$e]=". Fixed on 2.5.3 |
