Build log
I'm having the same failure. A build log file is attached Looks like http://www.mail-archive.com/blfs-support@linuxfromscratch.org/msg04410.html , please check if it solves your issues Good luck! And upstream is aware of the problem, but they request a patch to solve it. I am not sure what more can we do in our side... :-/ https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=605938 Please attach your /etc/hosts file to confirm it's causing the problem and, then, maybe we could show a more informative die message when test fail (In reply to comment #8) > Please attach your /etc/hosts file to confirm it's causing the problem and, > then, maybe we could show a more informative die message when test fail > Please reply Sorry, it wasn't happening to me anymore; I did some changes to my /etc/hosts file to fix some other unrelated problems, and apparently inadvertantly fixed this problem as well. reopening due to provided information. Not closing invalid since it seems this problem can occur in valid situations (system with no loopback ?), however we do not plan of fixing this ourselves. orbit is on its way out of gnome. Closing upstream since they would be happy to take any patch. *** Bug 342555 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
