Openoffice-3.0.1 fails to start after update icu to version 4.0.1. Ooo looks for libicuuc.so.38 but it doesn't exist. The creation of symlink is not help. It's needed to undo icu to 3.8.1.

use revdep-rebuild from package gentoolkit to rebuild broken dependencies.
