build.log for sci-libs/hdf5-1.6.7
Same problem here with x86. I see two errors: mv: cannot stat `/var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/hdf5-1.6.7/image/usr/bin/h5pfc': No such file or directory !!! dosed: /var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/hdf5-1.6.7/image/var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/hdf5-1.6.7/image/usr/bin/h5cc does not exist h5cc is present but h5pfc does not exist. I'm not sure why h5pfc would be present, as I don't have mpi or threads selected? sci-libs/hdf5-1.6.7 USE="cxx ssl zlib -debug -fortran -mpi -szip -threads -tools -hlapi -static" Created attachment 179365 [details]
Updated ebuild
This fixes the problem for me. I changed {D} for {ROOT} in src_install, installs fine with x86.
