We really should mirror these instead of sticking them into the tree... mirrors are not SCMs (In reply to comment #3) > mirrors are not SCMs > No, they aren't, but http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/gentoo/src/ looks like a much better place to keep gcc-config so that we can easily track it. (In reply to comment #3) > mirrors are not SCMs > And neither are rsync trees ;) Anyway, it is pretty trivial to plop the file into /space/distfiles-local, add mirror://gentoo/$(file) to SRC_URI, and then do stuff with it relative to WORKDIR instead of FILESDIR.
