I'm reporting this bug because the package in summary fails to build when forcing --as-needed on through spec files (check out http://blog.flameeyes.eu/2008/11/14/problems-and-mitigation-strategies-for-as-needed for details).

This seems to be fixed in 0.96, builds fine here with forced asneeded and after staring half an hour the weird Makefile it has, the link order seems proper there as well.

Please reopen if you can still reproduce with 0.96.
