Fedora mirror http://ftp.caliu.info present in profiles/thirdpartymirrors no longer works and now redirects to a parked page that doesn't return 404 for non existing files so it downloads and HTML instead of the desired page.

jer: thirdpartymirrors isn't really infra, it's more of portage, and there's an open bug for this already ;-).
