Description Martin Pohlack 2008-07-23 08:27:56 UTC
Firefox crashes on visiting this URL:

  http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=137320

when run with pango-1.20.3.

Upgrading to pango-1.20.5 or downgrading to pango-1.18.4 solves the problem.

See http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446216

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install any Firefox version (binary or source) together with pango-1.20.3
2.Open http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=137320

Actual Results:
FF crashes with segfault

Expected Results:
No crash

I propose to mark pango-1.20.3 as unstable

1.20.5 will be marked stable with gnome 2.22 but it can be fastracked iirc. @gnome, ack ?
Comment 2 RĂ©mi Cardona (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-07-23 21:59:28 UTC
I reviewed the changes, and while they are not trivial, I'd say it's ok for fast tracking.
Comment 3 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-07-26 18:46:42 UTC
2.22 stabilization is on the way, will close when done.
Comment 4 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-02-25 20:48:46 UTC
1.20.5 is stable on all arches, closing.
