biopython-1.47 is out.. biopython in gentoo has'nt got a versionbump for some time now.. Do you need help?

Have you checked whether the current ebuild works for the new version and if not what modifications are needed?

ebuild for biopython-1.47

The Patch to got it working with 1.47

I omitted the sequtils-complement patch
We can still use the KD-Tree patch 


I've testet the installation with the shipped tests. everything looks good here. I also did the test mentioned here: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=221159 - looks good, also.

Ah .. sorry..  Olivier Fisette added the updated ebuild yesterday. My tree was synced last time saturday..
