media-libs/libcaca-0.99_beta11 cannot be compiled with gcc-4.3.1. Same reason as bug 213001. The patch from that bug can be used to correct the problem.

I will slap you silly if you continue reporting gcc-4.3.1 problems with stable packages. Try ~arch first.
