FFmpeg recently changed all the include paths. Every application using it
should update. Make sure the applications build against currently hardmasked media-video/ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20080326.

we always disable ffmpeg support for vice.

ive added DirectFB-extra-1.1.0 to the tree ... that should hopefully address it

games-arcade/stepmania is the only one remaining, and fails with new ffmpeg. Reassigning to drac. Please fix :-)
