The cat command exits after outputting the help file and returns you to the grub menu

This is happening on the x86 minimal install cd for 2008.0, however it probably exists as an issue on all 2008.0 media

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot from the 2008.0 minimal install cd
2. Select "Help" from the grub menu

Actual Results:  
The help text flies past quickly on the screen before instantly returning you to the grub menu

Expected Results:  
It should run the help file in less instead of cat so that the file can be perused at the leisure of the user.
