The surfer ebuild
Tested on x86. (emerge --info as in Bug 230511, comment 4.) By the way, surfer looks like a very nice piece of software. Oddly enough, nobody is interested in putting it in the science overlay, though it is almost five months since the bug was posted. I added surfer-0.0.158.1 in the science overlay. Let me know if you would like to add more things to the ebuild This looks dead upstream: https://github.com/IMAGINARY/SURFER There's a newer release on the homepage, but it looks like only binaries (i.e. no source code) are provided. To make matters worse, Java in Gentoo has been in a downward spiral for years. I don't think there's any real hope for this. |
