Description Dimitar Stanchev 2007-09-07 11:48:07 UTC
Today i upgraded iptables to last stable version 1.3.8-r1 and when i tried to update ipac-ng i get error:
Dell hacknat # fetchipac -S
Couldn't load match `tcp':/lib/iptables/libipt_tcp.so: undefined symbol: parse_port

I search in google and i found that parse_port function is removed from iptables 1.3.8 so now ipac-ng can't be used with specific tcp udp or icmp port.

My ipac-ng version is 1.31-r2 kernel 2.6.20-hardened-r6

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.fetchipac -S

Actual Results:
Couldn't load match `tcp':/lib/iptables/libipt_tcp.so: undefined symbol: parse_port

Expected Results:
update my ipac-ng database

Probably needs a configure patch - lib/iptables has moved to lib/xtables. The same library is still installed as libxt_tcp.so...

Package was dropped from the tree.
