dev-lisp/cl-mcclim should inherit elisp-common.eclass instead of elisp.eclass since its Emacs support is optional and controlled by the emacs USE flag.

Patch for this and for "canonical" Emacs support will follow.

Not really a "fix" per se:

dev-lisp/cl-org-davep-cldict-1.1: nonsolvable depset(rdepends) keyword(x86) profile (default-linux/x86/2007.0/desktop): solutions: [ dev-lisp/cl-mcclim ]

You removed the only stable-marked ebuild for x86.
