media-sound/timidity++ could have better Emacs support. Patch will follow.

Proposed patch for timidity++-2.13.2-r4.ebuild

This makes use of elisp-common.eclass, installs an Emacs site-init file, and also fixes some other minor issues like the duplicate gtk USE flag.
