You need to tell us what it's crashing on. Please reopen with info you gather after using the program desribed here: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/bugzilla-howto.xml#doc_chap32 The crash is: /opt/skype/skype: symbol lookup error: /opt/skype/skype: undefined symbol: _ZN7QWidget17setAccessibleNameERK7QString and can be fixed by emerging qt4 with USE="accessibility" It needs to depends on qt4 being built this way.
