This is an ebuild for a KDE systray tool to monitor network traffic. I mainly
wanted to install this on my machine, and also try my hand at creating
Gentoo ebuild scripts; since it was successful on my machine, I wanted to
contribute it to the Gentoo community.

This tool is dependant on kde-base/kde-3.0. I'm not sure which category it
belongs in; I put it as net-analyzer/kdevmon.
