Half-Life 2 an others require this query to display the main menu correctly when started with the "-console"
parameter.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge wine-0.9.31
2. Start up HL2 and mods or another affected app


Actual Results:  
Menu screen appears gray

Expected Results:  
The menu screen should have appeared normally.

we generally only include build fixes in wine as upstream is such a fast moving target

once it gets integrated upstream, we add the next versio, done
