dev-java/sablevm should provide the java jre virtual.

As sablevm's description says

"A robust, clean, extremely portable, efficient, and specification-compliant Java virtual machine."

Adding this bug in attempt to clean java related bugs.  The blocking bug will become a metabug for all java vm's implementations (that are worthly and stable) that dont provide the jre virtual package.
