Screen capturing program that records your screen-activities, supports commentboxes and exports to all video formats. It also acts as a client for the captorials.com website that enables you to share your captured tutorial with users around the world.
(it's a KDE application, btw)

Well, I have the ebuild for "screenkast" and its library "libinstrudeo" including patches ready, but there are several issues in the lib upstream should take care of first (mainly hardcoded-paths and dependency questions).

I'll submit the ebuilds to the gentoo-sunrise overlay as soon as possible.

NOTE: It doesn't compile yet because of some bugs in it's dependency: libinstrudeo. I already contacted upstream and they're solving it.

I've emerged screenkast on amd64 and with krfb it seems to be working.

It looks like screenkast was never ported to KDE4.
