This is not an apmd bug, and does not block stabelization. Thanks for the quick reply Steev. I did some more research on this, and I found a relevant post on the gentoo forums: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-448195.html This person also had the same compile problems as me with sys-apps/apmd-3.2.1_p4 . As a user in a follow up post suggested, I re-emerged libtool and was able to compile apmd. Is this a bug with libtool? BTW, as far as I'm concerned this bug is closed. I'm not closing it because I'm not sure what the policy on that is (after all, someone else could have this problem) but I don't object to it. |
