2.  TO REPRODUCE:  emerge -e libungif (recently deprecated); emerge giflib (ungif's replacement); emerge -u kdegraphics

3.  EXPECTED RESULTS:  kdegraphics-3.4.3-r3 should have installed.  Suspected problem - The ebuild is still linking against libungif.la
