this fixes the problem
where did this patch come from ? it isnt in the upstream openssl cvs and we dont apply anything to openssl that isnt a patch from upstream in other words, if this hasnt been sent upstream yet, this bug report should be going here: http://www.openssl.org/support/rt2.html err, just read your openssl-dev link :) either way, it still isnt in upstream cvs, so it needs to go in there first let us know when it gets accepted upstream :) nagendra told me, that it will be applied to the cvs soon.
