one-line scrolling and enabling Shift+home/end key combinations.

Seems latexer has been MIA so I'm fixing this one myself (7.7-r2). It's pretty trivial.

I'm going to drop this patch, since shift+down override the binding in the perl tabbed extension to create a tab and I want to follow upstream 100%; if you need bindings to scroll one line please send a feature request to upstream, this way also every other system will get the enhancement.

a perl extension to handle multiple urxvt instances with a tabbar, see urxvtperl(3).
