as mentioned in the forums thread, currently the only viable solution is to manually install package for python2.3: "ie: download package, untar etc, and do python2.3 setup.py or install.py" unfrotunately full solution probably want be done (at least, zope corp, will faster approve python2.4 usage). today, I introduced zope-2.9.0 into portage which directly uses python2.4 So this will not be fixed for older version. *** Bug 127197 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
