The proposed new menu structure.
Take a look at http://wwwredesign.gentoo.org and see what you think about that menu. A lot of what you proposed is already done there but it could still use some polish. The menus at the bottom are replacing the left column. The topmost menu is toplevel domains, the next menu down is for site level categories and important stuff like the handbook and the rest is all contained in the menus at the bottom. The redesign is just days away from going to the final approval phase (I'm doing the last bit of code cleanup now) so it should go live soonish. The redesign failed. I'm closing this as an ancient bug. |
