bugs.kde.org is the right place for this. you're not using the nvidia drivers are you? nope, got a Matrox G550. A completely different setup works: SuSE 8.x, KDE-3.4.0 (compiled from sources), Qt-3.3.4, XFree-4.3.0 xinerama enabled, Matrox G550 -> glxgears works fine on both screens Reported as well to: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111805 Reassigning as suggested in http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111805 Please give 6.8.99.15 a test so we have a clue whether it's been fixed in the past few months. You can save a backup of your current xorg install first using `quickpkg xorg-x11`. This is an upstream Mesa bug. If it's still an issue with modular X (7.0), please file a bug at bugs.freedesktop.org in the Mesa product and post the URL here. Found another discussion at the matrox forum: http://forum.matrox.com/mga/viewtopic.php?t=20106 Summary: maybe a problem with mga drivers (binary distribution). |
