Firefox could easily be configured to use the esound deamon, and maybe it could
be automaticly fixed with a ESD use-flag?

Adding export FIREFOX_DSP=esddsp in /usr/bin/firefox does the trick, or maybe
there is another better way...

Another fix would be adding "mozilla" USE-flag on the esound package, but that
would require a re-emerge of esound after every mozilla build.
