Description Peter Riesett 2005-07-21 12:02:52 UTC
Upon contacting Frank Delaglio, and getting a link to download the files into
distfiles, attempting to emerge it gets the following message:

---

Thanks for reporting. I was expecting something like this to happen sooner or
later since Frank Delaglio doesn't use version numbers for the NMRPipe
software. The result is you downloaded a version of the software that is newer
that the one the ebuild refers to, but the filenames of the archives are
identical, leading to digest verification failure.

I updated the NMRPipe ebuild to use the version of NMRPipe dated 2005-06-16
(according to the timestamp of the FTP server). You should now be able to
install it. (It might take an hour or so for the new ebuild to propagate to
your rsync server so you can update your Portage tree.)
