Description Michael Lee Yohe 2005-07-19 13:13:11 UTC
I installed ~x86 build of pcsc-lite. It no longer outputs messages to screen
like the release (1.2.0) ebuild does.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS='~x86' emerge pcsc-lite
2. pcscd -a -d stdout

Actual Results:
Nothing is displayed to the screen.

Expected Results:
Debug messages should be displayed on the screen.

looks like the -d option no longer properly implies -f

if you run `pcscd -f -a -d stdout` it should work fine

ok, it's just a matter of the manpage is outdated ... `pcscd -h` has the new info

-d no longer implies -f nor does it take a parameter ... you have to run with -f
if you wish for it to stay in the foreground ... also, there are now --info /
--error / --notice options

ive filed a bug upstream about this
