If you place Evolution in offline mode and then quit and start Evolution again,
an error box is displayed stating "Exchange Account is offline. Cannot display
folders", however you are still able to navigate through any folders in your
exchange account without issue. The error message is most likely due to
incomplete offline support in Ximian Connector and should probably be fixed
upstream, however I'm reporting the bug here in just in case.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Evolution with Ximian Connector and a configured Exchange account
2. Place Evolution in offline mode
3. Quit evolution
4. Start Evolution

Actual Results:  
Error box is displayed with the following error message:

Exchange Account is offline. Cannot display folders

Expected Results:  
Either no error message should be displayed or error message should be changed
to a warning message noting Evolution is currently in offline mode.

Unable to reproduce since upgrading to 2.4, but can confirm problem existed in
<2.2. Looks like it was solved upstream...
