The devs of advanced strategic command have released a new version. Here is my
update wish :)

updated and cleaned ebuild for asc-1.16.1.0

Since 1.16.0.0 there is a new source packages which includes the game's music.
I changed the ebuild to use that package instead and removed the special code
we had in for the old package. 

Furthermore they mention a dependency on SDL_mixer-1.2 so I changed that as
well.
