Description Alexander Skwar 2005-07-17 13:48:23 UTC
Copy-Pasting from the KDE bug report @
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=107032 :

To reproduce:

Start Kontact, select Knode, begin creating a new message.
Place cursor in subject line and type "ab". Use cursor left
key to move cursor between the two characters.
Type "cd". Subject line now reads "acbd" and not "acdb".

The bug is fixed upstream.

Would it be possible to "backport" this 3 line fix to the Gentoo 3.4.1
packages?
Without this fix, KNode is quite hard to use.

I think we will wait for 3.4.2, since it is going to appear really soon
according to the schedule.
