Description Gavin Panella 2005-07-17 09:35:55 UTC
At the same time as an ebuild for net-misc/unison-2.12.0 (the newest stable
version) was put into the tree, the old stable ebuild (2.9.1-r1) was removed. I
don't think it needed to be removed so soon.

I need the older version so I can sync with my Macs that have unison installed
via Fink. Ordinarily I could have added a package-mask to keep the older
version, but instead I had to salvage the old ebuild (and one patch) from the
Attic, put them in an overlay and then add a package-mask.

Perhaps the previous stable ebuild could have stayed around for a month or so?

Grab it from WebCVS if you need it. Besides, you don't have to upgrade at all if
you don't want to.
