This is the ebuild of a rather useful application. It is a universal currency converter and calculator.

The ebuild has invalid header and missing SLOT.

Slighly modified ebuild

Pretty much the same, only uses the ${P} variable (no reason not to, I think).
The ebuild works fine on a amd64 system.

I think this application should go under "sci-calculators".
Comment 5 Ciaran McCreesh 2005-08-24 10:03:21 UTC
Have you really tested on those archs?
Comment 6 spiralvoice 2005-09-14 14:47:09 UTC

keurocalc-0.9.6.ebuild

There is still problem with unsermake.

So just emerge with:
UNSERMAKE="no" emerge -va keurocalc

keurocalc-0.9.6.ebuild

A slightly modified ebuild.
I added UNSERMAKE="no" to the ebuild.
Now it can just be emerged as usual with `emerge keurocalc`.
Comment 9 Paulo Fidalgo 2006-11-10 07:52:42 UTC
there's a new version out, 0.9.7
This app is very usefull for people who need to deal with currency conversions very often.
It will be nice to have it on portage.
Comment 10 Heiko Baums 2006-11-10 11:09:47 UTC
To install keurocalc-0.9.7 just copy the latest keurocalc-0.9.6.ebuild attached to this bug to keurocalc-0.9.7.ebuild.

It installs without any problems on ~x86.
Comment 11 Samuli Suominen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-12-04 12:17:34 UTC
Quite a old bug...

Anyway, 1.0.2 in Portage, thanks for reporting
