On x86, the stable version of mythtv is 0.18.1-r1. However, all versions of mythtv-themes above 0.15 are masked with ~x86. This results in the wrong version of mythtv-themes being installed, causing some things to break (e.g. adding or modyfing an override). The correct version is mythtv-themes-0.18. As this is only themes, and the install process consists of untarring to the themes directory, makring mythtv-themes-0.18 stable shouldn't break anything. On the other hand, using mismatched versions of mythtv and mythtv-themes is officially advised against. This isn't the first time this has happened; I suggest a note in the mythtv ebuild reminding that all the MythTV packages should be kept in sync version-wise. (It doesn't matter as much for the themes, which is probsbly why they keep getting out of sync) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge mythtv 2. emerge mythtv-themes 3. Select e.g. "Titivillus" theme and, for example 3. select a scheduled recording 4. "Add override" button Actual Results: Error message about incomplete theme, followed by a blank screen. Expected Results: Add/modify override screen
Yeah. I screwed something up with CVS. Trying to get someone else to fix it for me and that hasn't happened yet.
Fixed a while back.
