please change the DEPENDS ~freetype-2.1.9 in
gnustep-base/gnustep-back-art-0.9.6.-r1.ebuild to respect the new freetype-2.6.10.

I compiled it with >=freetype-2.6.9 and it works flawlessy.

(The report should refer to freetype-2.1.10 and >=freetype-2.1.9.)

I agree that gnustep-back-art seems to work with freetype-2.1.10.

I've been able to get gnustep-back-art to work fine with freetype-2.1.10.

While my quick fix was a quick overlay in portage, (pretty much what rincewind mentions) it would be nice to see the fix pushed upstream.
