When using cups/foomatic with a Lexmark Z42/Z43/Z45 you need the drv_z42 package
(which includes the z42_cmyk tool that gets called by cups/foomatic and the
z42tool for print head alignment, nozzle cleaning, etc). As there was no ebuild
for it I created one.

Homepage does not exist anymore, SRC_URI does not exist anymore. Printer supported by Gutenprint.
