multisync faild to build without arts support

checking for mcopidl... not found
configure: error: The important program mcopidl was not found!
Please check whether you installed aRts correctly.

New ebuild: multisync-0.83_pre20050414-r3.ebuild to fix the problems.
Hope it is right so.

Please attach only unified diffs when doing changes to an ebuild.

I have not revision bumped, but the multisync ebuild has been updated to fix this.
In CVS :)
