Compiling 0.99.99-r1 with portage (FEATURES="collision-protect sandbox userpriv usersandbox") works for me. Does this happen to you during portage's compile?
Ok. Saw that now. It does that for config cache I believe. See bug 110358 for an updated ebuild.
The ebuild provided in https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110358 fixed the config.sub and config.guess issue... but introduced another one...(the 365 patch).
I don't know if streamtuner will be ever used since the podcast can replace it.
