Description Sylvain BERTRAND 2005-07-15 16:32:33 UTC
Those files are write protected in the tar archive. Then, if you deal with the
ebuild as a non-root user, econf is unable to copy the config system files to
the temporary work directory just before compiling.

Compiling 0.99.99-r1 with portage (FEATURES="collision-protect sandbox userpriv
usersandbox") works for me.
Does this happen to you during portage's compile?

Ok. Saw that now. It does that for config cache I believe.
See bug 110358 for an updated ebuild.
Comment 3 Sylvain BERTRAND 2005-10-28 16:28:46 UTC
The ebuild provided in https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110358 fixed the
config.sub and config.guess issue... but introduced another one...(the 365 patch).

I don't know if streamtuner will be ever used since the podcast can replace it.
