I should have included this is not our problem this is an overlay you have forgotten to copy a patch or your sync is out of date I personally added all the ebuilds and have had everyone test and mark stable as fast as possible for security reasons please remove your overlay sync and try again.
Yes. You are absolutely correct. My apologies for wasting time and space. I completely forgot that I was playing around with that ebuild last week. I know portage makes it obvious when installing an overlay package. I just happen to miss it this time... Sorry.
