Description Thomas Gschwind 2005-07-15 06:16:10 UTC
JPL is a bridge that allows you to use Java from within Perl and vice-versa.
Seems to be the best solution when you want to (have to) use the two languages
together. It's shipped as part of the perl distribution (in the jpl directory).
But has to be installed separately using the supplied jpl/install-jpl script.

Before going and trying to add my own use flag to allow for the
installation of jpl, I wanted to know whether you have ever tried to add
support for jpl and whether there were any unsurmountable problems. Or
whether you could give me any other hints.

Reproducible: Always
